Empowering Grace Foundation strives to provide a safe environment for young adults, with developmental disabilities, that are transitioning out of high school into the community.  So many special needs individuals are overlooked because of their disabilities. Because of this, we at Empowering Grace desire to help develop their skills by focusing on the individual strengths and weaknesses by building self-esteem and encouraging them to strive at their full potential.
